You’ll struggle to find a river with more quintessential English scenery than Helford. The river has the perfect shoreline for exploration being scattered with hidden coves, secluded beaches and more. Being packed full of scenic thatched cottages and boathouse, Helford village itself is a great starting point. The tree-lined water is home to a range of wildlife, and you can expect to see plenty of wading birds such as oyster catchers and herons. Ultimately ending at the beautiful coastline of Falmouth Bay, the River Helford makes for an excellent SUP destination.
